Over the years, I’ve guided hundreds of clients across Pakistan to improve their health, manage chronic conditions, and regain confidence through science-backed nutrition. My mission is to make healthy eating simple, enjoyable, and sustainable for everyone, no crash diets, no restrictions, just real, long-term transformation.
